Bounded, starting at a point in the eastern boundary-line of Allotment 6 on plan No. 1329 referred to in the First Schedule where the said boundary-line joins the northern boundary of Section 3, Block X, Crookston District; thence north-easterly along the east boundary-line of said Allotment 6; thence northerly along the east boundary-lines of Allotments 5, 4, 3, and 2 on said plan No. 1329; thence easterly along the south boundary-line of Section 2 and part Section 3, Block XI, said district; thence north-easterly along the south boundary-line of Sections 3 and 5, Block XI, said district; thence on the south-east, east, and north by Beaumont and Benger Ridings; thence in a southerly direction along Tua peka County boundary-line to its junction with Leithen Stream; thence down the centre of Leithen Stream to its junction with Pomahaka River; thence south-easterly down the centre of Pomahaka River to a point south of the south-eastern corner of Section 4, Block II, Greenvale District; thence northerly to the south-eastern corner of Section 4, Block II, Greenvale District; thence north-westerly, northerly, north-easterly, and easterly, bounded on the north-east, east, south-east, and south by Tapanui Riding, to the road-line between the north-eastern corner of Section 11 and the north-western corner of Section 9, Block IV, Greenvale District; thence south-westerly by said road-line along the west boundary-lines of Sections 9 and 8, Block IV, Greenvale District; thence easterly by road-line along the southern boundary-line of Section 8, Block IV, Greenvale District; thence south-easterly by road-line along the west boundary-lines of Sections 1 and 3, Block IV, Greenvale District; thence easterly by road-line along the south boundary lines of Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7, Block II, Crookston District; thence south-easterly by road-line along the south-west boundary-lines of Sections 6 and 5, Block III, Crookston District, and the south-west boundary-line of Allotment 7 on said deposited plan No. 1329 and the south-west boundary-line of that portion of Allotment 6 on said plan No. 1329 lying to the north of road-line; thence north-easterly along the west boundary-line of Section 3, Block X, Crookston District, and thence south-easterly along the north boundary-line of said Section 3, Block X, Crookston District, to starting-point.
Tapanui Riding.
Bounded, starting at a point in the west boundary-line of Run 163A where it joins the north boundary-line of Section 3, Block X, Crookston District; thence north-easterly and northerly, bounded on the west by Crookston Riding as before described; thence easterly and north-easterly to the south-east corner of Section 5, Block XI, Crookston District, bounded on the north by said Crookston Riding; thence southerly, bounded by Beaumont Riding to junction of Rankleburn Stream with Pomahaka River; thence south-westerly, westerly, and northerly up the centre of Pomahaka River to a point south of the south-eastern corner of Section 4, Block II, Greenvale District; thence north to the south-eastern corner of Section 4, Block II, Greenvale District; thence along the boundary line of Crookston Riding as before described to the starting-point.

The above special order was duly passed at a special meeting of the Tua peka County Council held on the 9th day of October, 1925, and duly confirmed at a special meeting of the said Council held on the 13th day of November, 1925. The common seal of the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Tua peka was hereunto affixed this 13th day of November, 1925, by order of the Council of the said county, in the presence of—

Varying Notification declaring an Open Season for Deer-shooting, Westland Acclimatization District (Haast, Wills, and Landsborough Valleys, South Westland).
IN exercise of the powers vested in me by the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921–22, I, Richard Francis Bollard, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby vary the notification dated the 9th day of September, 1925, declaring an open season for deer-shooting in the Westland Acclimatization District (Haast, Wills, and Landsborough Valleys, South Westland), and do hereby declare that the number of licenses which may be issued by the Chief Postmaster, Hokitika, shall not exceed twenty-two.
As witness my hand at Wellington this 11th day of January, 1926.
