Whareroa Riding.—Commencing on the sea-coast at the north-western corner of Native Reserve No. 2, Block 3, Paekakariki Survey District; thence easterly, southerly, and easterly along the northern boundary of the Horokiwi Riding, previously described, to the western boundary of the Mungaroa Riding, previously described; thence northerly and easterly along the boundary of the said Mungaroa Riding to the southern boundary of the County of Horowhenua; thence generally westerly along the southern boundary of the said County of Horowhenua to the sea-coast; thence generally southerly along the sea-coast to the point of commencement.—F.H.W.

THE following special order, made by the Tuapeka County Council, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Counties Act, 1920.
Pursuant to section 100 of that Act, as amended by section 3 of the Counties Amendment Act, 1921–22, I hereby fix the 31st day of March, 1926, as the date from which the special order shall take effect.

TUAPEKA COUNTY COUNCIL.
Special Order altering Boundaries of Crookston and Tapanui Ridings.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 23 of the Counties Act, 1920, and all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Tuapeka County Council hereby resolves, by way of special order, that the boundaries of the Crookston and Tapanui Ridings of Tuapeka County be altered by excluding from the said Tapanui Riding all that land described in the First Schedule hereto and including same in the said Crookston Riding, and that the amended boundaries of the said Crookston and Tapanui Ridings shall be as described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
That part of Allotment 6 on plan deposited in the Lands Registry Office at Dunedin as No. 1329 of subdivision of Sections 1 and 2, Block X, and 13, 14, and 15, Block III, Crookston District, lying north of road intersecting said Allotment 6, Allotments 7, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 on said plan No. 1329, Sections 1 to 12 (both inclusive), and 27 to 37 (both inclusive), Block III, Crookston District, Sections 1 to 7 (both inclusive), Block II, Crookston District, and Sections 3, 1, 2, 8, 9, and 20, Block IV, Greenvale District.
