N.Z. MEDICAL CORPS.

Lieut.-Colonel J. P. Frengley, M.D., F.R.C.S.I. (Reserve of Officers), is posted to the Retired List under the provisions of paragraph 126, General Regulations, 1913, with permission to retain his rank and wear the prescribed uniform. Dated 15th December, 1925.
Captain G. G. Kenny, M.B. (Reserve of Officers), is retired under the provisions of paragraph 127, General Regulations, 1913. Dated 15th December, 1925.

Notice respecting Proposed Alteration of the Boundaries of the City of Wanganui.

IT is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to His Excellency the Governor-General, under the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto may be excluded from the City of Wanganui and included in the County of Waitotara. All persons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objections to or petitions against the proposed alteration of boundaries which they desire to lodge within one month from the first publication of this notice, such objections or petitions to be addressed to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington,

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District bounded on the north by Brougham Street, on the north-east by Fox Road, on the east generally by Totara Street, on the south by the southern boundaries of the land shown on plan 2139 and Deeds plan 250 deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Wellington, and on the west by Mosstown Road and Wilberforce Street.
