Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Millerton
Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 8th day
of March, 1926.
Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN
COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred by the Public Reserves and Domains Act,
1908 (hereinafter termed "the said Act"), His Excellency
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council
dated the twentieth day of December, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty, and published in the Gazette of the
thirteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty-one, appointing a Domain Board to have control of
the Millerton Domain, and doth hereby appoint
Andrew Beverland,
Robert Graham,
John Jeffries,
Robert McGregor,
The Hon. William Henderson McIntyre, M.L.C.,
Edward Reece,
John Rennie,
Harold Stanley, and
John Tiplady
to be the Millerton Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint
Friday, the nineteenth day of March, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-six, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time
when, and the County Hall, Millerton, as the place where,
the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
MILLERTON DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by
admeasurement 7 acres 3 roods 38 perches, more or less, and
being part of Section 142 and the whole of Sections 263 to 279
(inclusive) of the Town of Millerton. Bounded towards the
north-east by the Westport Coal Company's Reserve; towards
the south-east by Rodney Street; towards the south-west by
Seymour Street; towards the north-west and again towards
the south-west by part of Section 142 (a school reserve), and
again towards the north-west by Hardy Street: save and
except that part of the Millerton Road, 1 chain wide, which
intersects the land included within the above-described
boundaries. As the same is delineated on the plan marked
L. and S. 1/35, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain.

section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act,
1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
appoint
George Victor Gudsell,
Thomas Harrison,
Alfred Thomas Langford,
Thomas Herbert Langford,
Richard Maddren,
John Andrew Paterson, and
John Philp
to be the Winchester Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby
appoint Monday, the twenty-second day of March, one
thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, at eight o'clock p.m.,
as the time when, and the Library, Winchester, as the place
where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.β€”WINCHESTER DOMAIN.
RESERVES 2402 and 2449, Block XIV, Geraldine Survey
District: Area, 42 acres 1 rood, more or less.

Domain.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 8th day

COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act,
1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
appoint
Matthew Griffith Courtney,
Thomas McCarthy,
John O'Brien,
Robert Ritchie, and
Richard Alfred Simpson
to be the Kuaotunu Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint
Saturday, the twentieth day of March, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-six, at half past seven o'clock p.m., as
the time when, and the Public Library, Kuaotunu, as the
place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.β€”KUAOTUNU DOMAIN.
SECTION 6, Block II, Otama Survey District: Area, 11 acres
3 roods 30 perches, more or less.

Extension of Time for Preparation of County Rolls, &c
County of Matamata.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 8th day of
March, 1926.
Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN
COUNCIL.
WHEREAS it has been made to appear that the pre-
paration of the rolls for the County of Matamata,
and the taking of certain steps consequent on such
preparation, cannot be made and taken within the times
mentioned in the Counties Act, 1920, and it is expedient
to extend the said times respectively:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise
of the powers conferred upon him by the said Counties Act,
1920, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order
and declare that the several dates mentioned in the Schedule
hereto shall be the respective dates for taking the several
steps set out in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.

  1. For preparing the rolls for the ridings within the County
    of Matamata: Until the 22nd day of February, 1926.
  2. Time for which such rolls shall be open for inspection:
    From the 27th day of February, 1926, to the 15th day of
    March, 1926.
  3. Time for appeals against the said rolls: Until the 22nd
    day of March, 1926.
