THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
AREA EXCLUDED FROM BOROUGH OF TE KUITI.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost corner of Pukenui 2D 7B No. 6A (South) Block; thence south-easterly along the south-western side of the North Island Main Trunk Railway to the south-eastern corner of the said Pukenui 2D 7B No. 6A Block; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Pukenui Blocks 2D 7B No. 6A, 2D 7B No. 6B, and 2D 7B No. 1 (South) to the south-western corner of the last-mentioned section; thence north-westerly and north-easterly and easterly along the south-western, north-western, and northern boundaries of the said Pukenui 2D 7B No. 1 to the north-eastern corner of the said section; thence north-easterly along the north-western boundary of Pukenui 2D 7B No. 6B, and north-westerly along the south-western boundary of Pukenui 2D 7B No. 6A to the north-western corner of the said section; thence easterly and north-easterly along the northern and north-western boundaries of the said Pukenui 2D 7B No. 6A to its northernmost corner, the point of commencement.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Patea County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64924, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring a Portion of a Public Highway in No. 10 Highway District to be a Main Highway.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 8th day of March, 1926.
Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by section three of the Main Highways Act, 1922, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that on and after the date of gazetting of this Order in Council the public highway mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be a main highway within the meaning and for the purposes of the Main Highways Act, 1922.
SCHEDULE.
WOODVILLE-Palmerston North: All that portion of road known as the Woodville-Palmerston North Road, commencing at the Upper Manawatu Gorge Bridge at the eastern boundary of the County of Pahiatua, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly and westerly direction alongside the Manawatu River, and terminating at the eastern boundary of the Kairanga County, passing through the County of Pahiatua: being a distance of 2 miles 40 chains, more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.H. 25, deposited in the office of the Main Highways Board at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Kelso Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 8th day of March, 1926.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint Samuel Maxwell Barclay, John Dickinson, Edward William Duff, Robert Leask, and George Mullan Risk to be the Kelso Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the twenty-fifth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and Mr. Dickinson's Store, Kelso, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-seven of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint The Marlborough County Council to be the Koromiko Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Friday, the ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, at ten o'clock a.m. as the time when, and the County Council's Office, Blenheim, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
