IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred by the Public Reserves and Domains Act,
1908 (hereinafter termed "the said Act"), His Excellency
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order
in Council dated the twenty-fifth day of May, one thousand
nine hundred and twenty-five, and published in the Gazette
of the twenty-eighth day of that month, appointing the
Buller County Council as a Domain Board to have control
of the Omau Domain, and doth hereby appoint
The Chairman of the Buller County Council, ex officio,
The member of the Buller County Council representing
the Wareatea South Riding, ex officio,

nine hundred and twenty-six, at eight o'clock p.m., as the
time when, and the Public Hall, Omau, as the place where,
the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby

Frank Heveldt,
William McCluggage, and
Lawrence Millard
to be the Okarito Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint
Saturday, the twentieth day of March, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-six, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time
when, and the Post-office Building, Okarito, as the place where
the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
OKARITO DOMAIN.
All that area in the Westland Land District, containing
by admeasurement 159 acres 2 roods, more or less, being
Reserve No. 201 and part of Reserve No. 204, together
with land known as the Okarito Racecourse, Okarito Survey
District. Bounded towards the north-west by a road reserve
100 links wide along the shore of the Okarito Lagoon, 5250
links, more or less; towards the east generally by the Okarito
Lagoon; and towards the south and south-west by the
other portion of Reserve No. 204, 4300 and 800 links, more
or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1106,
deposited at the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

TEMPLETON DOMAIN.
All that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing
by admeasurement 106 acres 1 rood, more or less, being
Reserve 2351, situated in Block IX, Christchurch Survey
District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north-west
by a road and Reserve 3962, a total distance of 2312·5 links;
towards the north-east by a terrace being the south-west
boundary of Rural Section 8005; towards the south-east by
Haskett's Road; towards the south generally by Reserve 326
and a terrace being the north-east boundary of Rural Sec-
tion 4069; and towards the south-west by Barter's Road.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked L. and S. 1/158A, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon
bordered red.
Also all that area in the Canterbury Land District, con-
taining by admeasurement 122 acres 3 roods, more or less,
being Reserve 2418, situated in Block IX, Christchurch
Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the
north-west by Haskett's Road; towards the north-east by
Rural Sections 9248 and 3201; towards the south-east by
Pound Road; and towards the south generally by Reserve 327
and Rural Sections 2773 and 2810. As the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/158B,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey,
at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Also all that area in the Canterbury Land District, con-
taining by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being
Reserve No. 4146, formerly part of Rural Section 1680,
situated in Block XIII, Christchurch Survey District, and
bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on the south
side of the Main South Road at the northern boundary of
Rural Section 7194, thence in a north-easterly direction,
876·7 links, along the south side of the said road; thence in
a south-easterly direction, 653 links; towards the south-west
by a line parallel to the said road, 616·3 links; thence by an
irregular line, the same being the north-east boundary of
the said Rural Section 7194, to the point of commencement:
be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S.
