New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in the Borough of Hamilton described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A STREET.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street: 1 rood 9·1 perches.
Being portion of Allotment 86, Pukete Parish, situated in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District (Borough of Hamilton). (S.O. 23824.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65242, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of February, 1926.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Tapapa Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 8 acres 2 roods 21 perches.
Portion of Section 16, D.P. 4987, and Section 17, D.P. 3612, being part Okoroire Block; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 8 acres 2 roods 19 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 16, on D.P. 4987, and 17 and 19, on D.P. 3612, being part Okoroire Block; coloured green.
All situated in Block XIV, Tapapa Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 23840.)
All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65266, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
