ERRATUM.—In notice published in New Zealand Gazette No. 5, dated 28th January, 1926, at page 224, in connection with the date of the notice re mining privileges struck off the register, read “18th January, 1926,” instead of “18th January, 1925,” appearing therein.
Additional Land at Rangiora taken for the Purposes of the Hurunui-Waitaki Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Hurunui-Waitaki Railway to take further land at Rangiora in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway :
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 1 rood 4 perches. Being part of a closed road adjoining R.S. 1684, Block VI, Rangiora Survey District. (S.O. 842, red; 384, black.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 37187, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of February, 1926.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Forest Ranger’s Station in Block XIII, Rimu Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a forest ranger’s station; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 38·8 perches. Being Allotment 4, L.T.P. 2994, being part Section 21, situated in Block XIII, Rimu Survey District.
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65308, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of February, 1926.
