A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by section three of the Discharged
Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson,
Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the twenty-third
day of August, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and
published in the Gazette of the thirtieth day of August then
instant, setting apart Crown lands for selection by discharged
soldiers, under the Land Act, 1924, in so far as it relates to
the land in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—NATIONAL ENDOWMENT.
Otamatea County.—Tokatoka Survey District.
SECTION 20, Block XII : Area, 50 acres 0 roods 34 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of
December, 1924.

day of February, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen,
and published in the Gazette of the twenty-first day of February,
then instant, setting apart Crown lands for selection by
discharged soldiers, under the Land Act, 1924, in so far as
it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Gisborne Land District, containing by
admeasurement 42 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Lot I
of Section 2 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office
at Gisborne under No. 2878, and being part of Section 2,
Block II, Whangara Survey District. As the same is delineated
on plan marked L. and S. 26/2998, deposited in the
Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington,
and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of
December, 1925.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement
Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
revoke the Proclamation made on the sixth day of June, one
thousand nine hundred and eighteen, and published in the
Gazette of the thirteenth day of June then instant, setting
apart settlement lands for selection by discharged soldiers,
under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far
as it relates to the area in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—SETTLEMENT LAND.
All that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing
by admeasurement 122 acres, more or less, being Section 19s,
Pakaraka Settlement, on plan 20489, blue, being portion of
Section 19s, Pakaraka Settlement, on plan 20112, blue (super-
seded) as is described in New Zealand Gazette, 1918, page 2172.
As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked
L. and S. 9/1648, deposited at the Head Office, Department
of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of
December, 1925.

Cancelling Reservation over Portion of the Eketahuna Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 21st day of
December, 1925.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE J. G. COATES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by subsection one of section thirty-
two of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public
Bodies Empowering Act, 1925, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for re-
creation purposes of that portion of the Eketahuna Domain
described in the Schedule hereto, and revoke the vesting of
the control thereof in the Eketahuna Borough Council,
acting as the Eketahuna Domain Board : and with the like
advice and consent doth declare the said land to be permanently reserved as a site for a public cemetery.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing
10 acres 1 rood 4 perches, more or less, and being Suburban
Section 183, Town of Parkville.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all
other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His
Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent
to the Waiapu County Council stopping the portion of road
described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road permitted to be
stopped : 3 acres 1 rood 28 perches, adjoining or passing
through Kai Inanga No. 3 Block.
Situated in Blocks XVI, Mangaoporo, and XIII, Waiapu
Survey Districts (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 1234, brown.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64906,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured green.
