Declaring Portion of the Papamoa Beach Road to Williams, in the Tauranga County to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 30th day of November, 1925.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE J. G. COATES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
All that portion of road in the Auckland Land District, Tauranga County, known as Papamoa Beach Road to Williams, commencing at a point approximately 34 chains north-west of the boundary between Section 13 and Papamoa Part No. 2 Section 7, Block I, Te Tumu Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly direction adjoining or passing through part of the said Papamoa Part No. 2 Section 7, and Papamoa Part No. 2 Sections 8 and part Section 9, Block I, Te Tumu Survey District, and Papamoa Part No. 2 part Section 9 and Sections 10 and 11, and part of Section 2, Whara Whara No. 1A, Block XI, Tauranga Survey District, and terminating at its junction with Williams Road; being a distance of 2 miles 12 chains, more or less. As the said portion of the road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64603, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red, and marked A.B.

All that portion of the Ohura Road, situated in the Taranaki Land District, Ohura County, commencing at its junction with a road near the north-eastern corner of Section 3, part Whatitokarua Block, Block IV, Ohura Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a south-westerly direction adjoining or passing through the said Section 3 and Sections 7, 6, 4, 1, and 5, Block IV, Ohura Survey District; Sections 14, 10, and 6, Block III, Ohura Survey District; Ohura South K 4 No. 2B, Sections 2B No. 3, 2B No. 2, and 2B No. 1; Section 13 and Ohura South K No. 2, Sections 2c No. 1 and 2c No. 3B, Block III, Ohura Survey District; Ohura South K No. 2 Section 2c No. 2, Ohura South K No. 2 Section 2B Nos. 2 and 1, and Mangaroa B Section 2A and part of Section 2c, Block VI, Ohura Survey District; and terminating at its junction with Waitewhena Road, being a distance of fourteen miles, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64534, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Directing the Sale of Land in the City of Dunedin, under the Public Works Act, 1908.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 30th day of November, 1925.

THE HONOURABLE J. G. COATES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Public Works Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the public work for which it was acquired.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land directed to be sold: 6Β·2 perches. Being part Section 32, Township of Eldin, Block III, Anderson's Bay District, situated in the City of Dunedin.
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64624, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.

Fixing Sittings of the Court of Appeal.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 30th day of November, 1925.

THE HONOURABLE J. G. COATES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by the Judicature Amendment Act, 1913, it is enacted that the Court of Appeal shall hold its sittings at such times and places as are from time to time appointed by the Governor-General in Council and notified in the Gazette twenty-one days at least before the times so fixed respectively, and shall determine the division by which such sittings shall be held :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint and declare that sittings of the Court of Appeal of New Zealand shall be held within the Supreme Court House, in the City of Wellington, upon the following days at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, and doth hereby determine that such sittings shall be held by the respective divisions of the said Court as are shown hereunder:-
Monday, the fifteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six : By the First Division of the said Court.
Monday, the twenty-eighth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six : By the Second Division of the said Court.
Tuesday, the twenty-eighth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six : By the First Division of the said Court.

WHEREAS by section four of the Fire Brigades Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed the said Act), it is provided that the Governor-General may by Order in Council, on the application of any Borough Council, declare the district within the jurisdiction of such Borough Council to be a fire district under the said Act :
