Land taken for the Purposes of a Road-diversion in connection
with the Wairoa to Waikokopu Branch of the East Coast
Main Trunk Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road-diversion
in connection with the Wairoa to Waikokopu Branch of the
East Coast Main Trunk Railway.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 4·3 perches,
being portion of Section 1D, Hinewhaki East Block.

Situated in Block II, Clyde Survey District (Hawke’s Bay
R.D.). (S.O. 822.)

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 63969,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
edged pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of
November, 1925.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes
of Waterworks, in Blocks III, VIII, and XIII, Taylor Pass
Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act,
1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise
enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson,
Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the tenth
day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and
published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 14, of the twelfth
day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty,
taking land for the purposes of waterworks in Blocks III,
VIII, and XIII, Taylor Pass Survey District, as affects the
land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no
longer required for the purposes for which it was taken.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land not required:—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
4 0 0 Section 70, Omaka, Block VIII; edged green.
8 1 0 Section 40, Block I, Omaka, Block XIII;
edged green.

and land, Blocks VIII and XIII; coloured
pink.

Situated in Taylor Pass Survey District. (S.O. 1265.)

In the Marlborough Land District: as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 47764,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of November,
1925.

Leasehold Interest in Land in Block XVI, Tangihua Survey
District, Otamatea County, taken for the Purposes of a
Road.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the Public
Works Amendment Act, 1913, and of every other power and
authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General
Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
that the estate of leasehold in the land described in the
Schedule hereto held by Joseph Hugh Bell under lease from
His Majesty the King for a term of twenty-one years from
the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen,
such lease being registered in the Land and Deeds Registry
Office at Auckland as No. 8767, is hereby taken for the pur-
poses of a road; and I do also hereby declare that this Pro-
clamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of
December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five.

SCHEDULE.

the estate of leasehold is taken:—

61206, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of
November, 1925.

twenty, taking for the purposes of waterworks in Block
VIII and XIII, Taylor Pass Survey District, as affects the
land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no
longer required for the purposes for which it was taken.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land not required: 29
perches, being portion of river-bed.

Situated in Block XIII, Taylor Pass Survey District.
(S.O. 1265.)

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 47764,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of
November, 1925.
