In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 36808, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon bordered blue and yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of November, 1925.

Additional Land between Takanini and Papakura taken for the Purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway to take further land between Takanini and Papakura in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of stopped Government road declared to be Crown land: 1 acre 2 roods 27 perches. Adjoining or passing through Section 28, situated in Block II, Ohura Survey District (Taranaki R.D.).
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 59057 (sheet 5), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured grey.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of November, 1925.

Altering the Boundaries of the Central Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1918, and of every other power in anywise enabling me in that behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the Central Electric-power District, being an electric-power district duly constituted under the said Act, by Proclamations published in Gazette No. 65, of the eighth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, Gazette No. 67, of the seventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, Gazette No. 14, of the sixth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, Gazette No. 54, of the seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, and Gazette No. 1, of the eighth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, so as to include the areas described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of land in the Auckland Land District being the Whangamarino Riding of the County of Waikato.
