A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Wairoa to Waikokopu Branch of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

Situated in Clyde Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.).
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked as above mentioned, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of November, 1925.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Waikato-Thames Railway to take further land at Morrinsville, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 1 acre 1 rood 17·7 perches.
Part of Lot 3 (D.P. 15688), Motumaoho No. 2 Block, Block VI, Maungakawa Survey District (Borough of Morrinsville). (S.O. 23838, blue.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 36823, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of November, 1925.
