Land proclaimed as a Road in Block XI, Otama Survey District, Coromandel County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Otama Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road :—

A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 3 6·5 Dacre's or Brown's Grant; coloured red.
0 0 37 Dacre's or Brown's Grant; coloured blue.

Situated in Purangi Parish, Block XI, Otama Survey District. (S.O. 23542.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64392, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of November, 1925.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 1 acre 2 roods 27 perches. Adjoining or passing through Section 28.

Situated in Block II, Ohura Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). In the Taranaki Land District, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 59057 (sheet 5) deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured grey.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of November, 1925.
