A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the Government Railways Amendment Act, 1920, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf,
I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:-

0 0 22.5 Part Lot 2 (D.P. 18260) of Allotment 40.
9 2 31.5 Part of Allotment 39.

Situated in Pepepe Parish, Block XV, Rangiriri Survey District, Raglan County. (S.O. 23682, blue.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 36251, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of October, 1925.

Altering the Boundaries of the Auckland Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section three of the Auckland Electric-power Board Act, 1921, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the Auckland Electric-power District by including therein the Tamaki Road District as at present constituted as indicated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64496, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of November, 1925.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 10.36 perches. Being portion of Ohura South N 2E 3G 3, Lot 11B 3, Block II, Piopiotea West Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 6414.)
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 63457, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured sephia.
