A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests
Act, 1921-22, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
set apart the National-endowment land described in the
Schedule hereto as a provisional State forest.
SCHEDULE.
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT. WELLINGTON FOREST-CONSER-
VATION REGION.
Provisional State Forest No. 91.
All that area containing by admeasurement 3,191 acres
1 rood 28 perches, being Sections 1, 2, and 13, Block XIV,
Waro Survey District, Sections 5, 12, 13, 14, 19, and sub-
divisions 1 of Section 9, 1 of Section 10, and 1 of Section 11,
Block II, Pouatu Survey District. As the same is more
particularly delineated on plan No. 61/1, deposited in the
Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington and
thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of October,

Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged
Soldiers under Special Tenures, in the Wellington Land
District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
revoke the Proclamation made on the twenty-second day of
November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-fifth day of November then
instant, setting apart settlement lands for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement
Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule
hereto.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.-SETTLEMENT LAND.
SECTION 20, Moroa Settlement : Area, 70 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of
October, 1925.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anyway enabling me
in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the
Schedule hereto--and which was taken for a portion of the
East Coast Main Trunk Railway (Taneatua Section), and
which is no longer required for such purposes--shall, upon
the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a
road, and that the said road shall be maintained by the
Whakatane County Council in like manner as other public
highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land dealt with: 17-4
perches, being portion of railway land.
Situated in Rangitaiki Parish, Block VIII, Whakatane
Survey District (Auckland R. D.). (S.O. 23406.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 60316,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured neutral.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Sea! of that Dominion, this 12th day of
October, 1925.
