A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Nuhaka North Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 3 acres 1 rood 33 perches.
Being portion of Rahokapua No. 3; coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed:—

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section one hundred and eleven of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1924, I, Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Mangahao Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area of land, comprising 2 acres 14 perches, being portion of Section 135, Block XIII, Mangahao Survey District, Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 59259, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of January, 1925.

Defining the Middle-line of Roads in Block XIV, Akatarawa Survey District—viz., Deviations of the Wellington-Napier Highway via Wairarapa.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the Public Works Amendment Act, 1923, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of the road desired to be constructed over Block XIV, Akatarawa Survey District—viz., deviations of the Wellington-Napier Highway via Wairarapa—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point in Section 169, Block XIV, Akatarawa Survey District, on the Wellington-Napier Main Highway via Wairarapa, approximately 5½ chains from its junction with the Akatarawa Road, and proceeding thence generally in a north-easterly direction through part of the said Section 169 and part of Section 170, Block XIV, Akatarawa Survey District, to a point in the said Section 170 on the said Wellington-Napier Highway via Wairarapa, being a distance of approximately 11 chains. Again commencing at a point on the said Wellington-Napier Highway via Wairarapa in Section 110, Block XIV, Akatarawa Survey District, approximately 11 chains west of the Maungaroa River Bridge, and proceeding thence generally in a north-easterly direction through part of the said Section 110 and part Section 111 for a distance of about 12 chains; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses. All in the Land District of Wellington. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61536 (sheets 1 and 2), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of January, 1925.

Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of a Substation-site in Block XVI, Rotorua Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a substation-site, and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2 roods 30 perches, being Section 32, Ngongotaha Village.

Situated in Block XVI, Rotorua Survey District.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61567, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of January, 1925.
