Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of a Road in the Town District of Taradale.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a road; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1·3 perches. Portion of Lot 1 of Meeanee Sub. 54 (police-station site), (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 800.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61489, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of January, 1925.

Land taken for the Purposes of an Electric Substation Site in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of an electric substation site in the City of Wellington, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3·89 perches. Portion of Section 488, Town of Wellington, situated in City of Wellington. (S.O. 1913.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61620, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of January, 1925.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1911, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, together with that part of the subsoil of the land mentioned in the Second Schedule hereto as is described in the Third Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for waterworks purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five.
