has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land:

And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, and its amendments:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has become Crown land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the Land Board of the Auckland Land District has recommended that the Crown tenant of the land enumerated in the Schedule hereto should be afforded relief, owing to exceptional circumstances over which he has no control preventing the profitable occupation of such land:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section one hundred and thirty-four of the Land Act, 1924, I General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare the land enumerated in the Schedule hereto to be subject to the provisions of section one hundred and thirty-three of the Land Act, 1924; and I do further fix four years from the date mentioned in the said Schedule as the period for which the said land shall be exempt from payment of rent.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of settlement lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by subsection two of section three of the North Shore Boroughs (Auckland) Water-supply Act, 1924, and in pursuance of a resolution in that behalf duly passed by the Takapuna Borough Council on the fifth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, I, General Sir Charles Ferguson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the day of the date hereof the boundaries of the North Shore Boroughs (Auckland) Water-supply District as constituted by subsection one of the said section three shall be extended by the inclusion therein of the area comprised within the Borough of Takapuna as from time to time constituted.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and fifty-nine of the Land Act, 1924, and section sixty-nine of the Land for Settlements Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the North Auckland, Auckland, Hawke's Bay, Taranaki, Nelson, Marlborough, Westland, Otago, and Southland Land Districts described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes specified in the said Schedule.
