A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by sec-
tion twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles
Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in
Hamilton Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of
October, 1925.

Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the
land in Waitemata Survey District described in the First
Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the
road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 1 rood 17 perches.

Portion of Lot 1 of Allotment 79 on D.P. 16051; coloured
red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 1 rood
13.5 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Lot 2 on D.P. 16051 of Allot-
ment 79 ; coloured green.

All situated in Parish of Paremoremo, Block VII, Waite-
mata Survey District (Auckland R.D ). (S.O. 23113.)

All in the North Auckland Land District ; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D 64051,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of
October, 1925.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the
Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf,
I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be
Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown
land: 1 perch.

Being portion of Section 7555, situated in Block XI,
Arowhenua Survey District (Canterbury R.D.), (Borough of
Timaru.) (S.O. 1930.)

In the Canterbury Land District ; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 63970,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 1st day of
October, 1925.

to the Land Act, 1924.

Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of October,
1925.
