A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in Port Nicholson Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A STREET.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street: 17·2 perches.
Being part Lot 3 (D.P. 1587) and part Lot 6 (D.P. 145), being part Sections 5 and 6.
Situated in Blocks VII and XI, Port Nicholson Survey District (Evans Bay R.D.), City of Wellington. (S.O. 1932.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 63438, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of August, 1925.

Being part Lot 158, D.P. 52, being part Section 15. Situated in Block X, Port Nicholson Survey District (Ohiro R.D.), (City of Wellington). (S.O. 1973.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 63464, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of August, 1925.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Hapuakohe Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 5 acres 2 roods 14 perches.
Being portion of Lot 9 of Allotment 465; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROADS CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the pieces of roads closed: 4 acres 1 rood 11·7 perches, adjoining or passing through part Lot 9 of Allotment 465 and portion Allotment 467; coloured green.
All situated in Taupiri Parish, Block X, Hapuakohe Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 22154).
All in Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 62858, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of August, 1925.
