A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Maungatautari Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a further portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Valley duplication).
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 10 acres, being part Section 39 (Hutt R.D.).
Situated in Block IX, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 1961.) In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 62191, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of August, 1925.

Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land:
And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, and its amendments:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has become Crown land.
SCHEDULE.
Taumarunui Native Township Subdivision A 7, comprising Section 9, Block V: Area, 1 rood.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of August, 1925.

Change of Name of the Central Agricultural and Pastoral Association, Waipukurau. Notice No. Ag. 2516.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Amendment Act, 1912, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby change the name of the association incorporated under the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act, 1908, under the style and title of the Central Agricultural and Pastoral Association, Waipukurau, to the Waipukurau Agricultural and Pastoral Association.
