Land taken for the Development of Water-power (Mangahao Scheme), in Block VII, Heretaunga Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1910, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water-power (Mangahao scheme); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres 0 roods 35 perches, being portion of Blocks 4 and 5, Puketapu Crown Grant District.

Situated in Block VII, Heretaunga Survey District (Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 819.)

In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 63442, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of August, 1925.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 15 acres 0 roods 1 perch.

Being portion of Tahora 2A D Section 2; situated in Blocks VIII and XII, Waimana Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 1205, brown).

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61941, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of August, 1925.

A PROCLAMATION.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a street in the City of Wellington, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1.82 perches.

Being part of Lot 21 (D.P. 582), being part Section 158, Town of Wellington. Situated in City of Wellington. (S.O. 1953.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 63268, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of August, 1925.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Matiri Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 rood 37 perches.

Being portion of Section 3, Block VIII, Matiri Survey District (Nelson R.D.).

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 63556, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of August, 1925.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Tuturau Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 rood 34 perches.

Being portion of Section No. 18, situated in Block IV, Tuturau Survey District (Southland R.D). (S.O. R. 525.)

In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 63585, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of August, 1925.
