WAIMATE WEST COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Waimate West County Council hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £1,000, authorized to be raised by the Waimate West County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the Rama Road drainage-works, the said Waimate West County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of eleven twenty-fourths of a penny in the pound upon the capital value of all rateable property of the Rama Road Drainage District described below ; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

Comprising the whole of Sections 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 32, Block 2, Waimate Survey District, also part of Sections 31 and 32, Block 2, Waimate Survey District.

HENDERSON TOWN BOARD.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Henderson Town Board hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £10,700, authorized to be raised by the Henderson Town Board under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of the provision of a water-supply for the district and providing a water-reticulation service throughout the town district area, the Henderson Town Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of twopence and one farthing (2¼d.) in the pound (£1) upon the rateable value (being the unimproved value) of all rateable property of the whole of the Henderson Town District ; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of May in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

MASTERTON COUNTY COUNCIL.
SPECIAL ORDER MAKING BRIDGE RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Masterton County Council hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan or loans to be raised under the provisions of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, for providing funds for the reconstruction of bridges exceeding twenty (20) feet in span on roads under the jurisdiction of the Masterton County Council, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one farthing in the pound (to be called a “Bridge rate”) upon the capital rateable value of all rateable property within the County of Masterton ; and that such rate shall be an annual-recurring special rate during the currency of such loan or loans, and be payable on the first day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan or loans, until the said loan or loans are duly paid off.
