Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in the Opoutihi Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 1 acre.

Being part Lot 2, D.P. 4601, being portion of Kumikumi No. 1 and portion of Ongaonga No. 2, Block V, Opoutihi Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 23602.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 63055, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of July, 1925.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Mangaorongo Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 3 roods 29·9 perches.

Being portion of Section 8; coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in the Piopiotea West Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 1 rood 8 perches.

Portion of Section 12, Block I, Piopiotea West Survey District.

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/851, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2118, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of July, 1925.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government roads described in the Schedule hereto, such roads being no longer required.

Amending a Proclamation proclaiming Land as a Road and closing a Road in Wainuioru Survey District, Wellington Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section five of the Land Act, 1924, it is therein provided that every Proclamation, Order in Council, and other instrument, whether made under or by virtue of that Act or of any former Land Act, and all regulations, by-laws, conditions, or rules made by the Governor-General, the Minister, or any Land Board, may be altered, amended, or revoked from time to time:

And whereas it is necessary to amend a Proclamation issued under the Land Act, 1924, dated the sixth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, and published in Gazette of the twenty-first day of that month, pages 1510 and 1511, proclaiming land as a road and closing a road in Wainuioru Survey District, and hereinafter referred to as “the said Proclamation”:

Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section five of the Land Act, 1924, do hereby amend the said Proclamation by excluding from the First Schedule thereof the parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ALL those areas in the Wellington Land District, containing 6 perches and 1 acre 1 rood 4 perches, being portions of Sections 1 and 2 respectively of Block V, Wainuioru Survey District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 26/5/1, deposited in the Head
