Land proclaimed as a Street in the Borough of Westport.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir
Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the
land in the Borough of Westport described in the Schedule
hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a
street: 1 acre 1 rood II perches.
Being Crown land adjoining Sections 13, 30, 29, 53, situated
in Block III, Kawatiri Survey District (Borough of West-
port), (Nelson R.D.).
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 63079,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of July,
1925.

Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a street the land in
the Borough of New Plymouth described in the Schedule
hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a street:
0·97 perches.
Being Lot 4 part Subdivision “C” of Lot 7 of Town Belt B,
situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District (Borough of
New Plymouth).
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 63094,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 4th day of July,
1925.

hereto.

Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.
