NOTICE is hereby given that the creditors of the above company, which is being voluntarily wound up, are required on or before the 10th day of July, 1925, being the day fixed for that purpose by the undersigned, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims, to JOSEPH BENJAMIN, Liquidator of the above company; and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, are to come in and prove their said debts and claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or, in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of members of the company held at the registered office thereof, 20 Brandon Street, Wellington, on Tuesday, the 26th day of May, 1925, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, the following resolution was duly passed as a special resolution, that is to say :—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1908, and that HENRY ARTHUR GOLD, of Wellington, Public Accountant, and WILLIAM CLAYTON, of Wellington, Agent, be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.”
