MOUNT ROSKILL ROAD DISTRICT.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, the Mount Roskill Road Board hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a supplementary loan of £4,000 authorized to be raised by the Mount Roskill Road Board under the abovementioned Act, for the extension of drainage-works, the said Mount Roskill Road Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of nine sixty-fourths (9/64ths) of one penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all the rateable property contained in the Mount Roskill Drainage Area; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and shall be payable yearly on the 14th day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

AKITIO COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, the Akitio County Council hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the instalments in respect of principal and interest and also the other charges on a loan of £6,000, authorized to be raised by the Akitio County Council under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, for the purpose of regrading and metalling for the first time the Pongaroa-Akitio Road from end of present metal at northernmost corner of Section 122, Block VII, Aohanga Survey District, to north-east corner of Section 174, Block VII, Waimata South Survey District, the said Akitio County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one halfpenny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Pongaroa-Akitio Special-rating District, comprising all that land within the Wellington Land District in the County of Akitio, bounded by a line commencing from a point at the mouth of the Mataikona River, being south corner of Section 3, Block III, Castlepoint Survey District, along said river in a north-westerly direction to junction of Makatote Stream with said river, being westernmost corner of Section 2, Block XV, Aohanga Survey District; thence along said stream to north corner of Section 2, Block XV, Aohanga Survey District; thence in a northerly direction along western boundary of Section 1, Block XI, Aohanga Survey District, to a point on Waingongore Stream on southern boundary of Section 140, Block XI, Aohanga Survey District; thence in a south-westerly direction along southern boundaries of Sections 140 and 139, Block XI, Aohanga Survey District; thence in a north-westerly direction along south-western boundaries of Sections 139, 141, 211, Block XI, Aohanga Survey District, and 215, Block VII, 214, Block VI, 213, and 5, Block II, 5, 4, and 1, Block I, Aohanga Survey District; thence in a generally north-easterly direction along western boundaries of the said Section 1, Block I, Aohanga Survey District, and Sections 4, 17, 16, Block VIII, Mount Cerberus Survey District; thence in an easterly direction along the northern boundary of the said Section 16, Block VIII, Mount Cerberus Survey District, to the south-west corner of Section 15, Block VIII, Mount Cerberus Survey District; thence in a generally north-easterly direction along western boundary of Section 15, Block VIII, Mount Cerberus Survey District, to a point on the Pongaroa-Pahiatua Road; thence in an easterly direction to south-west corner of Sections 21, 16, and 15, Block IX, Mount Cerberus Survey District; thence in a south-easterly direction along northern boundaries of Sections 15, 14, 13, 12, and 11, Block IX, Mount Cerberus Survey District; thence in a north-easterly direction along western boundaries of Sections 8, 7, and 5, Block IX, Mount Cerberus Survey District, to a point on the Manuhara Road; thence in an easterly direction along the said road to its junction with Alfredton-Weber Road; thence in a north-easterly direction along the said Alfredton-Weber Road to a point at northwestern corner of Section 14, Block X, Mount Cerberus Survey District; thence along northern and eastern boundaries of said Section 14, Block X, Mount Cerberus Survey District, to a point on northern boundary of Section 16, Block X, Mount Cerberus Survey District; thence in a south-easterly direction along northern boundaries of Sections 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 6, Block X, Mount Cerberus Survey District; thence along eastern boundary of the said Section 6, Block X, Mount Cerberus Survey District, to northernmost corner of Section 29A, Block X, Mount Cerberus Survey District; thence along north-eastern boundary of the said Section 29A, Block X, Mount Cerberus Survey District, to Waikaka Road line; thence in a north-easterly direction along the boundary of Section 29c, Block X, Mount Cerberus Survey District; thence in an easterly and then south-westerly direction along northern and eastern boundaries of the said Section 29c to Trig. WAITOA DRAINAGE BOARD.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL INTEREST RATES.-TE PUNINGA No. 3 SPECIAL LOAN OF £500.-TEN PER CENTUM ADDITIONAL LOAN OF £50, COMPLETING DRAINAGE-WORKS IN TE PUNINGA NO. 3 SPECIAL-RATING AREA.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Waitoa Drainage Board hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a special loan of £50, being ten per centum additional on the original loan of £500 raised for the purpose of establishing drainage-works in the Te Puninga No. 3 Special-rating Area of the Waitoa Drainage District, the Waitoa Drainage Board hereby makes and levies a special rate on a graduated scale according to the classification of the lands within the said special-rating area, of three-sixteenths of one penny in the pound on the unimproved rateable value of all rateable property in Class “A,” one-eighth of one penny in the pound on the unimproved rateable value of all property in Class “B,” and one-sixteenth of one penny in the pound on the unimproved rateable value of all property in Class “C,” all of which classes and the lands therein, together with their respective rateable values as appearing on the special roll of the Te Puninga No. 3 Special-rating Area, are set out in the classification list and valuation schedule of the Te Puninga No. 3 Special-rating Area, and marked “A.” Such graduated rates shall be annually recurring rates during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of December in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of thirty-six and one-half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
BOUNDARIES OF SPECIAL-RATING AREA.
ALL that area in the Piako County of the Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the northern corner of Lot 5, Te Puninga No. 1 and Whihongi Block, and following along its eastern boundary fronting No. 8 Road, and continuing along that road forming the eastern boundaries of Lots 4, 3, 2, and 1 to the easternmost corner of the last-named Section 1; thence following along the southern boundary to its southernmost corner; thence following the western boundaries of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 to the westernmost corner of the last-named section; thence along
