Bounded towards the north-west by Dungannon Street, 1581Β·5 links, also by Section 7 of Block XVI, 200 links; towards the north-east by Macdougall Street, 1000 links; towards the south-east by Brownstown Street, 1581Β·5 links, also by Section 7 of Block XVI, 200 links; towards the south-west by Stone Street, 875 links, also by Section 7, Block XVI, 125 links; and intersected by Dunmore and Connor Streets, each 100 links wide.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. 1172, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Vesting a Reserve in the Waitomo County Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 13th day of June, 1925.

THE HONOURABLE J. G. COATES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been permanently reserved for a site for a public pound: And whereas it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the Waitomo County:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the fourth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the Waitomo County, in trust, for a site for a public pound.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 1, Block II, Mapiu Township, Mapara Survey District: Area, 1 acre 0 roods 3 perches.

The Southern Side of Portion of Sylvan Avenue and the Northern Side of Portion of Sunnyside Road, in the Borough of Mount Eden, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Mount Eden Borough Council on the ninth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, viz.:-
"The Mount Eden Borough Council, being the local body having control of Sylvan Avenue and Sunnyside Road, hereby resolves, That the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to those portions of Sylvan Avenue and Sunnyside Road fronting Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of a subdivision of part of Allotments 1 and 10, of Section 10 of the Suburbs of Auckland "; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of Sylvan Avenue (described in the
Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street, nor on the land fronting the northern side of the portion of Sunnyside Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of twenty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that portion of street situated in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Mount Eden, known as Sylvan Avenue fronting Lots 1, 2, and 3, of a subdivision of part Allotments 1 and 10 of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland.
Also the northern side of all that portion of street situated in the said land district and borough, known as Sunnyside Road, fronting Lots 4 and 5 of a Subdivision of part Allotments 1 and 10 of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 62870, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.

Warrant authorizing the Minister of Public Works to construct a Bridge over the Wanganui River at Te Maire, on the Wanganui River Road, and apportioning the Cost.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by section one hundred and nineteen of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby authorize the Minister of Public Works to construct the bridge described in the Schedule hereto; and I do also hereby declare that fifty per centum of the cost thereof shall be borne by the Kaitieke County Council; and I do further direct that any contribution hereby required to be made as aforesaid by the Kaitieke County Council shall be paid from time to time out of the funds of the said Council within a period of one month after demand in writing made by or on behalf of the Minister of Public Works, and all such payments shall be made to the credit of the Public Account, and bank receipts sent to the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
SCHEDULE.
THAT bridge in the Wellington and Taranaki Land Districts over the Wanganui River in Blocks III, Hunua, and III, Piopiotea West Survey Districts. As the site of the said bridge is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 59901, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 12th day of June, 1925.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby direct that the Rai River Bridge (Bull's Ford) and the approaches thereto (as more particularly described in the Schedule hereto) shall, on and after the date of the gazetting hereof, be under the exclusive care, control, and management of the Marlborough County Council.

THAT bridge over the Rai River, in the Marlborough Land District, Marlborough County, known as the Rai River Bridge (Bull's Ford), together with the approaches thereto, adjoining Sections 21 and 22, Block V, Wakamarina Survey District, and Section 1, Block V, Heringa Survey District.
