Land proclaimed as a Road in Block IX, Waipu Survey District, Otamatea County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Waipu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 3 roods 14·4 perches.
Being portion of Lot 9 of Allotment 148, Wairau Parish, on D.P. 3184, situated in Block IX, Waipu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 23313.)

In the North Auckland Land District, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 62907, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of June, 1925.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Christchurch Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Block X, Rarete Survey District, described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:—

A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 0 34·4 Lot 8, Block III, Pipiriki Township; coloured blue.
0 2 24·6 Lot 9, Block III, Pipiriki Township; coloured red.

Situated in Block X, Rarete Survey District. (S.O. 1570.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 62888, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of June, 1925.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five.

0 0 23 Part Allotment 81, Paremoremo Parish, Block VI.
