production of the north-eastern boundary of Section 214 aforesaid, to a public road; thence north-easterly along that road, being the north-western boundary of Sections 45, 46, 47, 48, 50, and 51, Block V, Waitapu Survey District, to the sea-coast; thence easterly and northerly along the sea-coast to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 17, Block III, Totaranui Survey District, the place of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 62402, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured edged black.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of June, 1925.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 14 perches.

Being portion of Section 287, Whareama Block, situated in Block XII, Mangapakeha Survey District. (S.O. 1945.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 62227, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of June, 1925.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

APPROXIMATE areas of the stopped Government roads declared to be Crown land:—

Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Block V, Inangahua Survey District—viz., a Deviation of the Westport-Nelson Main Highway.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1923, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of the road desired to be constructed through Block V, Inangahua Survey District—viz., a deviation of the Westport-Nelson Main Highway—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point on the Inangahua Junction to Waiho Main Highway and proceeding thence generally in a south-easterly direction and passing in, into, through, or over Sections 26 and 19 (Ferry Reserve): thence generally in a north-easterly direction and passing in, into, through or over railway reserve and Section 46, and terminating at its junction with Brown Creek Road, being a distance of 65·80 chains, more or less: including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses.

Situated in Block V, Inangahua Survey District.

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61544, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of June, 1925.

Defining the Middle-line of a Further Portion of the Lawrence—Roxburgh Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a further portion of the Lawrence—Roxburgh Railway shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

COMMENCING at a point on a road reserve opposite Section 75, Block III, Benger Survey District, marked 49 miles 65 chains (which point is also the termination of the railway shown on plan P.W.D. 57315, and described in a Proclamation dated the 8th day of October, 1923, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 11th day of October, 1923), and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction generally for a distance of about 7 miles 15 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz.: Sections 68, 67, and 66, Block III, Benger Survey District; Sections 19, 20 15, 14, 49, and P.R. (E) Block VIII, Benger Survey District; Section 10s, Teviot Settlement; Sections 7 and 8, Block VII, Benger Survey District; and terminating at a point marked 57 miles, in Mining Reserve, Block VII, Benger Survey District, including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses. All in the Otago Land District.

As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 62872, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of June, 1925.
