Revoking the Setting-apart of Lands for Selection by Discharged
Soldiers under Special Tenures, in the North Auckland Land
District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
revoke the Proclamation made on the fourteenth day of
August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and
published in the Gazette of the eighteenth day of August then
instant, setting apart Crown lands for selection by discharged
soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915,
in so far as it relates to the lands in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 243, Paremoremo Parish : Area, 25 acres 20 perches.
Sections 322 and 323 Paremoremo Parish : Area, 30
acres 1 rood 17 perches

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of May,
1925.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by section three of the Discharged
Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson,
Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the tenth day
of December, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and
published in the Gazette of the thirteenth day of December then
instant, setting apart Crown lands for selection by discharged
soldiers, under the Land Act, 1924, in so far as it relates to
the land in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

SECTION 211, Waipareira Parish : Area, 19 acres 3 roods.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of May,

Revoking a Proclamation taking Additional Land for the
Purposes of a Road Approach to the East Coast Main
Trunk Railway (Napier Northwards, Tutira Section).

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act,
1909, and of every other power and authority in anyway
enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson,
Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the ninth day of
February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, and
published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 11, of the twelfth
day of the same month, taking additional land for the pur-
poses of a road approach to the East Coast Main Trunk
Railway (Napier Northwards, Tutira Section), such land
having been incorrectly described.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of May,
1925.

Settlement Land in Auckland Land District proclaimed to be
Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section three of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1922, it is enacted that the Governor-General may by Proclamation declare any land acquired under the Land for Settlements Act, 1908, whether before or after the passing of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1922, to, inter alia, be ordinary Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924:

And whereas it is deemed expedient that the land described in the Schedule hereto, which is subject to the Land for Settlements Act, 1908, shall cease to be settlement land and become ordinary Crown land for disposal under the Land Act, 1924:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities so conferred upon me by the aforesaid section three, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date of the gazetting hereof the land described in the Schedule hereto, which is subject to the Land for Settlements Act, 1908, shall be Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area in Block II, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 0 roods 32 perches, more or less, and being originally portion of Allotment 158, Matata Parish. Bounded on the north-west by the said Allotment 158, Matata Parish, 660 links, and on the east, south, and west generally by a closed road. As the same is delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 16/790B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged pink. (Auckland plan, 22356.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of May, 1925.

Additional Land taken for the Purposes of a Road Approach to the East Coast Main Trunk Railway (Napier Northwards, Tutira Section).

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road approach to the East Coast Main Trunk Railway (Napier Northwards, Tutira Section).

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 roods 9 perches, being portion of Lot 1, D.P. 4300, being part Petane No. 1 Block.

Situated in Block III, Puketapu Survey District (Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 802, green.)

In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61655, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of May, 1925.
