of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Wellington Land District, Castlepoint County, known as the Tinui-Pakowai Road, commencing at a point near the southernmost boundary of Section 421, Block II, Castlepoint Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly direction adjoining or passing through the said Section 421, Block II, Castlepoint Survey District, and terminating at a point near the easternmost boundary of Section 417, Block I, Castlepoint Survey District, being a distance of one mile, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61622, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of the Mohaka-Putere Road, in the Wairoa County, to be a County Road.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Wairoa County, known as the Mohaka-Putere Road, commencing at a point in Subdivision 13c 2, Mohaka No. 1 Block, Block VIII, Mohaka Survey District, near the southern boundary of the said Subdivision 13c 2, and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly direction adjoining or passing through the said Subdivision 13c 2 and Subdivision 13B, Mohaka No. 1 Block, Block VIII, Mohaka Survey District; Subdivision 13A, Mohaka No. 1 Block, Blocks VIII and IV, Mohaka Survey District; and Subdivision 4, Mohaka No. 1 Block, Block IV, Mohaka Survey District; and terminating at a point on the north-western boundary of the said Subdivision 4, Mohaka No. 1 Block, Block IV, Mohaka Survey District, being a distance of five miles, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61638, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red and marked A.B.

Declaring Portion of the Moeawatea Valley Road, in the Patea County, to be a County Road.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

ALL that portion of road in the Taranaki Land District, Patea County, known as the Moeawatea Valley Road, commencing at a point 3 chains south of the boundary between Section 5, Block VIII, Opaku Survey District, and Section 8, Block IV, Opaku Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a northerly direction adjoining or passing through the said Section 8 and Section 7, Block IV, Opaku Survey District, and terminating at its junction with Opaku Road, being a distance of 2 miles 24 chains, more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61687, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Extending Prohibition of Alienation of certain Native Land other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of January, 1925.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by this section, and by section one hundred and eleven of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913 (as amended by section eight of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1916), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of eighteen months the Order in Council dated the sixth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, and gazetted the ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, but only in so far as it affects the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto, prohibiting all alienation of the land other than alienation in favour of the Crown.
