Lands set apart as Provisional State Forest declared to be subject to the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests Act, 1921–22,
I, Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation
of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the first column of the Schedule hereto
and shown edged green on plans deposited in the District Lands and Survey Office, Hokitika, under the numbers indicated
in the said column, the said lands being portions of provisional State forests as set forth in the second column of the said
Schedule, and proclaimed as indicated in the third column of the said Schedule, are required for settlement purposes; and,
in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such lands shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to
be provisional State forests and shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests Act,
1921–22, I, Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation
of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto, being portion of a provisional State forest set apart
by Proclamation dated the eleventh day of October, one
thousand nine hundred and twenty, and gazetted on the
fourteenth day of that month, is required for settlement
purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said
Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting
hereof, cease to be a provisional State forest, and shall become
subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing by
admeasurement 388 acres 2 roods 6 perches, more or less,
comprised in Section 3595 and part of Section 3421, being
part of Provisional State Forest 1605, situated in Block VIII,
Waimea Survey District. Bounded towards the north
generally by a public road known as “Camerons Track”;
towards the north-east by the Marsden-Kumara Road;
towards the south-east by the south-eastern boundary of
the aforesaid Section 3595; towards the south-west by the
remaining part of Section 3421; and towards the north-west
by the first-mentioned public road. As the same is more
particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. X/98/26,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of
January, 1925.

Wataroa Survey District, Westland County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Sir Charles
Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in
Wataroa Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road :
1 acre 3 roods 23 perches.
Portion of Reserve 364: coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 1 acre
1 rood 27 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Reserve 364; coloured green.
All situated in Block XV, Wataroa Survey District (West-
land R.D.). (S.O. 2392.)
All in the Westland Land District ; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 60767,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of
January, 1925.
