A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Sir Charles Ferguson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Kaihu Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto, and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:
A. R. P. Being Portion of
3 2 15 Section 10s, Waimata Settlement; coloured pink.
2 0 3 Section 16; coloured blue.
0 2 35.5 ,, 13 ,, purple.
4 0 29 ,, 16 ,, blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
Approximate area of the piece of road closed: 5 acres 3 roods 24 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 10s, Waimata Settlement; coloured green.
All situated in Block III, Kaihu Survey District. (S.O. 22145.)
All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61454, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of January, 1925.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Sir Charles Ferguson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the stopped Government road declared to be Crown land: 1 acre 1 rood 15 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 67, 72, 73, 78, 79, 108, and 109, Crown land, situated in the Town of Komako (Otago R.D.).
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 60718, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of January, 1925.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Sir Charles Ferguson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirty-first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 5 acres 3 roods 38 perches.
Being portion of Section 14, N.R., situated in Block II, Mount Fyffe Survey District.
In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 38230, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of January, 1925.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Sir Charles Ferguson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 4 acres 3 roods 16 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 33, 36, and 71, Square 3. Situated in Block X, Motueka Survey District (Nelson R.D.). In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 60476, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of January, 1925.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land:
And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, and its amendments:
