Also all that area containing 3,030 acres, more or less, situated in Blocks VII and VIII, Patetere North-east Survey District commencing at the south-western corner of Section 2 (scenic reserve), Block VIII, Patetere North-east Survey District; thence along the southern boundary generally of Section 2 aforesaid to the north-western boundary of Section 10, Block XIII, Rotorua Survey District; thence along the north-western boundaries of the said Section 10, and Section 4, Block I, Horohoro West Survey District, to the north-eastern boundary of Section 106, Blocks VIII and VII, Patetere North-east Survey District; thence along the north-eastern boundary of the said Section 106 to the south-eastern corner of Whaiti-Kuranui No. 1bY; thence along the eastern boundary of the said No. 1bY, to the south-western corner of Section 2, Block VIII, Patetere North-east Survey District, to the place of commencement: save and excepting a pipe-line within the above-described area.
Also all that area containing 1,199 acres, more or less, situated in Block VII, Tapapa East Survey District, and Block IX, Patetere North-east Survey District, commencing at Trig. No. 27; thence in a south-westerly direction along the western boundaries generally of Sections 3, 2, and 1, Block XIV, Otanewainuku Survey District, Sections 1, 2, and 3, Block II, Rotorua Survey District, and Taumata No. 3a No. 1b, to the south-western corner of the said No. 3a No. 1b; thence along the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries of Paengaroa No. 1 to its north-eastern corner; thence in a south-easterly direction along the Tauranga-Matamata County boundary to Trig. 27, the place of commencement.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked 38/8, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of January, 1925.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby set apart the national-endowment land described in the Schedule hereto as a provisional State forest.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Provisional State Forest No. 126.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District containing by admeasurement 3,266 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Sections 10 and 12, Block IV, Punakitere Survey District; Sections 5 and 6, Block I, Motatau Survey District; and Sections 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block V, Motatau Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 8/4, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of January, 1925.

Altering Boundaries of Auckland and Suburban Drainage District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the Auckland and Suburban Drainage Board has presented a memorial requesting that the area described in such memorial be declared to form part of the Auckland and Suburban Drainage District (hereinafter referred to as “the said district”):
And whereas the Governor-General is satisfied that the inclusion of such area in the said district will prove beneficial to the inhabitants and the owners of property therein:
Now, therefore, I, Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in that behalf by section ninety-five of the Auckland and Suburban Drainage Act, 1908, do hereby proclaim and declare that on and from the twenty-second day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, the area described in the Schedule hereto shall be included in and form part of the said district.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the shore of the Waitemata Harbour, in line with the eastern boundary of Lot 46, Glendorvie Estate, thence south-westerly to and along that boundary and the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 133, 186, 187, 189, 190, 191, 192, 193, 194, 195, 196, 197, and 198 to a public road, across that road, and along the south-eastern boundaries aforesaid of Lots 199, 200, 201, 202, 203, and 204, a public road, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210, 211, 212, a public road, 213, 214, 215, 216, 217, 218, 219, and 223 to Riddell Road; thence westerly along Riddell Road to the south-eastern corner of Lot 222; thence southerly across the said Riddell Road and along the eastern boundaries of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, Selwyn Abbey Estate, to the south-eastern corner of the said Lot 7; thence westerly along the southern boundary of the said Lot 7 to its point of intersection with the eastern boundary of Lot 8; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22 to the southermost corner of the last-mentioned lot; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundary of the aforesaid Lot 22 to St. Helier’s Bay Road; across that road, and south-westerly along the eastern side of the said St. Helier’s Bay Road to the south-eastern corner of Lot 38 of Section 37, Parish of Waitemata; thence generally westerly along the southern boundaries of Lots 38, 37, 36, 35, 34, 33, 32, 31, 30, 29, 28, 27, and 26, Section 37, Parish of Waitemata, to the south-western corner of the last-mentioned lot; thence by a right line from the said south-western corner to the most northerly point of the Grand Drive; thence by the Grand Drive to its intersection with the eastern boundary of Allotment 34, Section No. 12, Suburbs of Auckland; thence northerly along that boundary to the southern side of Remuera Road; thence north-westerly along that road to a point in line with the western boundary of Section 38A, Parish of Waitemata; thence across the Remuera Road to and along that boundary and its production to the Purewa Creek; across that creek to the western boundary of Section 39A, Parish of Waitemata; thence
