Education Act, 1914.—Amended Regulations.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 23rd day of March, 1925.

Present:

THE HONOURABLE SIR FRANCIS BELL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by
the Education Act, 1914, and its amendments, and of all other powers
enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of
the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following
amendments in the regulations relating to secondary schools, and, with the
like advice and consent, doth prescribe that this Order shall be deemed to
have been in force as from the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred
and twenty-four.

REGULATIONS.

  1. CLAUSE 16 of the regulations is hereby amended by deleting Schedule II
    insofar as it relates to salaries of female principals, and substituting the
    following :—

  1. Clause 18 is hereby amended—(a.) By deleting Schedule III in
    subclause (1), and substituting the following :—
