All that area in the Wellington Land District bounded by a line commencing in the middle of the Wanganui River at a point opposite the north-western boundary of the Ohoutahi Block, being the south-western corner of the Waimarino County; thence by the southern boundaries of the Waimarino County hereinbefore described to the north-western corner of Section 7, Block IV, Ngamatea Survey District; thence southerly along the eastern boundary of the said Section 7, the eastern boundaries of Sections 6 and 9, Block VIII, Ngamatea Survey District, and the northern boundary of Pungataua Block and its production to the middle of the Koukoupo Road; thence south-westerly along the middle of the said road to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Section 71, Block XII, Ngamatea Survey District; thence to and along that boundary and the south-western boundary of Section 70, Block IX, Maungakaretu Survey District, and its production to the middle of the Hales Road; then south-westerly along that road to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 77, Block XVI, Ngamatea Survey District; thence to and along the north-eastern boundary of the said Section 77 and the southern boundary of Section 63, Block XIII, Maungakaretu Survey District, to the summit of the eastern watershed of the Wangaehu River; thence by lines from hill to hill along the summit of the eastern watershed aforesaid to a right line passing through the Okaiepe Trig. Station to a point in the middle of the Wangaehu River, distant about 18 chains due west of the western boundary of Block XIV, Mangawhero Survey District; thence down the middle of the said river to the sea-coast; thence north-westerly along the sea-coast to the middle of the Wanganui River, and up the middle of that river to the point of commencement: excluding that part of the Borough of Wanganui within the area herein specified.

All that area in the Wellington Land District bounded by a line commencing at the confluence of the Auraki Stream and the Mangawhero River, and proceeding in a north-easterly direction along the middle of the said Auraki Stream to a point opposite the south-western boundary line of Lot 1 on plan 4978, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Wellington, being part of Ohotu Subdivision 4B No. 2; thence to and along the south-western and northern boundaries of the said Lot 1 and the northern boundary of Lot 2 on plan 4978 aforesaid, to the western boundary of Ohotu Subdivision 6B; thence again towards the north-east generally by the north-western boundary of the said Ohotu 6B; the western and northern boundaries of Ohotu Subdivision 6A No. 1B, and the Waokaramu Stream to the middle of Field's Track; thence westerly and southerly by the middle of Field's Track to its junction with the stock road intersecting Parapara 2B 1 Block and forming the western boundary of Parapara 2B Block and Sections 12 and 13 (Taonui Block), Block XV, Ngamatea Survey District, Sections 2 and 3 (Taonui Block), Block III, Mangawhero Survey District; Sections 1, 2, 3, and 4 (Heao Block), Block VII, Mangawhero Survey District, Sections 5, 6, and 7 (Heao Block), Block X, Mangawhero Survey District; thence by the north-western boundary of Section 8 (Heao Block), Block X aforesaid; the south-western boundaries of Sections 18, Block X, and 19 and 20, Block IX, Mangawhero Survey District, to the stream forming the northern and eastern boundaries of the Pohuehue Block and part of the eastern boundary of the Piko Piko No. 3 Block; thence by that stream to the northern boundary of the Te Maire Block; thence along the northern and western boundaries of the Te Maire Block and the eastern boundary of Block XVI, Waipakura Survey District; thence by the eastern boundary of Section 305, Block I, Wangashu Survey District, to the south-eastern corner of the said Section 305; thence north-westerly along the northern boundaries of Sections 304, Block I, Wangaehu Survey District, Sections 329, 331, 332, 333, 334, 335, and 336, Block IV, Ikitaia Survey District; thence by the northern and western boundaries of Sections 339, 340, 341, 351, and 352, Block III, Ikitaia Survey District; thence by the northern boundaries of Section 361, the northern and western boundaries of Section 360, the western boundary of Section 295, and the northern boundary of Section 293, Block III, Ikitaia Survey District; thence along the northern and western boundaries of Section 292, Block II, Ikitaia Survey District, to the stream intersecting Sections 120, 119, 118, and 117; thence by that stream to
