Declaring the New Lynn Town District to be an Outer Area of the Waitemata Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of the Electric-power Boards Amendment Act, 1923, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the New Lynn Town District to be an outer area of the Waitemata Electric-power District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of November, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1908.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of December, 1924.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Public School in Block XXXIII, Clutha District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school, and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Otago as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fifteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 7 acres 3 roods 3 perches.
Being part of Lot 22, Rosebank Estate, being portion of Section 13.

Situated in Block XXXIII, Clutha District.

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61023, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of December, 1924.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a quarry, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Mangonui, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 6 acres 2 roods 18 perches, being portion of Section 29.

Situated in Block X, Takahue Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 22439.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 59938, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of December, 1924.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Moeangiangi Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 rood 19·2 perches. Being portion of Section 3.

Situated in Block II, Moeangiangi Survey District. (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 794, green.)

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 61036,
