A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Mangatautari Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto, and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.


FIRST SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road :—

Altering the Boundaries of the Otago Central Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1918, and of every other power in anywise enabling me in that behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the Otago Central Electric-power District, being an electric-power district duly constituted under the said Act by a Proclamation dated the twentieth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, and published in Gazette No. 76, of the twenty-sixth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, so as to include the area described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, including portion of Vincent County and the Borough of Cromwell, bounded
