Also all that portion of the Mangateparu Settlement Road,
commencing at a point 2 chains west from the south-eastern-
most corner of Section 8, Block XIII, Waitoa Survey Dis-
trict, and proceeding thence in an easterly direction, adjoining
or passing through part of the said Section 8 and Sections 9
and 10, Block XIII, Waitoa Survey District, thence proceed-
ing in a southerly direction adjoining or passing through
Sections 2s, 7s, and 13s, Block XIII, Waitoa Survey District,
and terminating at its junction with road marked D–M here-
before described, being a distance of 1 mile 50·35 chains,
more or less ; marked K–F on plan.

Also all that portion of the Mangateparu Settlement Road,
commencing at its junction with the Morrinsville-Tahuna
Road at the south-westernmost corner of Section 19s, Block
XIII, Waitoa Survey District, and proceeding thence generally
in an easterly direction, adjoining or passing through the said
Section 19s in Blocks XIII and XIV, Waitoa Survey District,
and Sections 17s, 31s, and 37s, Block XIV, Waitoa Survey
District, and terminating at a point adjacent to the junction
of the Mangahaumia Stream and the Piako River, being a
distance of 1 mile 72 chains, more or less ; marked M–O on
plan.

In the Auckland Land District, Piako County ; as the same
are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
60632, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured black, and marked as above mentioned.

Declaring Portion of Te Maari Road in the Raglan County to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of
September, 1924.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on
and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county
road.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Auckland Land District,
Raglan County, known as the Te Maari Road, commencing
at a point on the boundary between Sections 7, 12 and 14,
Block XIV, Karioi Survey District, and proceeding thence
generally in an easterly direction adjoining or passing through
the said Section 14 and Section 13, Block XIV, Karioi Survey
District, and terminating at a point on the boundary between
the said Section 13 and Sections 12 and 20, Block XIV,
Karioi Survey District, being a distance of 72 chains, more
or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 60660, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in
the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Road in Block VI, Catlins Survey District, to be a Government Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of
September, 1924.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers
in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and
declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule
hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council,
become a Government road.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared to be a Go-
vernment road : 3 acres 3 roods 39 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Section 5, situated in Block
VI, Catlins Survey District. (Otago R.D.)

In the Otago Land District ; as the same are more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 60478,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured green.

Declaring Road in Block VII, Maungakaretu Survey District to be a Government Road.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by

anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the

of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after
the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.

APPROXIMATE area of the road declared to be a Government
road : 2 roods 10·5 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Raketapauma 1p 2, situated
in Block VII, Maungakaretu Survey District. (S.O.
1755.)

In the Wellington Land District ; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 57149,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured green.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by

in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
