A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Waoku Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 1 acre 1 rood 31 perches.
Portion of Piriti Block, situated in Block IV, Waoku Survey District. (S.O. 21797.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 55847, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1908.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of stopped Government road declared to be Crown land: 3 acres 2 roods 22 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 7, situated in Block I, Gimmerburn Survey District (Otago R.D.).

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four.
