Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block XII,
Maramarua Survey District, Whangamarino Road District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rush-
worth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in
Maramarua Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a
road:—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
3 1 8 Crown land; coloured blue.
0 3 23 Section 267, Whangamarino Parish; col-
oured red.
0 0 18·4 South portion Section 58, Maramarua
Parish; coloured neutral.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed:—
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
3 0 37 Crown land and Section 267, Whangamarino
Parish; coloured green.
0 3 19 Section 267, Whangamarino Parish; coloured
green.
All situated in Block XII, Maramarua Survey District.

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
57753, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and
thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of
January, 1924.
