LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
7 acres 2 roods 39 perches.

Portion of Section No. 1, Otahu Settlement ; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 9 acres 2 roods
16 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Section No. 1, Otahu Settle-
ment; coloured green.

All situated in Block IV, Waiau Survey District (South-
land R.D.). (S.O. R515.)

All in the Southland Land District; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
60217, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and
thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of August,
1924.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rush-
worth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in
Awaroa Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road
described in the Second Schedule hereto.

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
60332, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public
Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and
thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of August,

section sixty-nine of the Land for Settlements Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of
