Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of a Police-station in the Town District of Taradale.

[JELLICOE, Governor-General.
A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a police-station in the Town District of Taradale, and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart : 1 rood 3:1 perches.
Being Lot 1, part Meeanee Subdivision, Section 54, situated in Taradale Town District (Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1533, red).

In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 59713, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of August, 1924.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rush-worth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Maungaharuru Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 22 acres 3 roods 18 perches.
Portion of Section 1, situated in Block XV, Mangaharuru Survey District (Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 764.)

In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 59554, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion this 26th day of August, 1924.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rush-worth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Karioi Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto, and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

All situated in Karioi Parish, Block V, Karioi Survey District. (S.O. 23174.)
All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 60175, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of August, 1924.
