A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the Government Railways Amendment Act, 1920, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces f land: 20 acres 0 roods 38·5 perches and 2 acres 1 rood 7·2 perches.
Portions of Te Au o Waikato A 5A, Section 1, Block VI, Maungakawa Survey District, Piako County. (S.O. 23222, blue.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 33951, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of May, 1924.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Kawakawa-Hokianga Railway (Okaihau Section) in Block VII, Omarere Survey District.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 58430, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of May, 1924.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 33 perches.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Additional Land for the Kawakawa-Hokianga Railway (Okaihau Section), and for Road-diversions in connection therewith.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the twelfth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 16 of the twentieth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, taking additional land for the Kawakawa-Hokianga Railway (Okaihau Section) and for road-diversions in connection therewith, as affects the first-mentioned area in the Schedule to the said Proclamation, viz.: 2 roods 16 perches, being described therein as portion of Allotment 20, Omarere Parish, Block VII, Omarere Survey District. (S.O. 22639.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of May, 1924.
