SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a
road: 30 acres 3 roods 7 perches.
Being Tutuotekaha 1B Road-line, situated in Block XV, Opoiti
Survey District.

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/2322,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2077, and thereon coloured
pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of May,
1924.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section sixty-three of the Land Laws
Amendment Act, 1913, it is, amongst other things,
enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended
under the provisions of the said section sixty-three in con-
nection with any block of land, unless that block is set apart
for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation
in that behalf:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power
and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the pur-
poses of the aforesaid Act, I, John Rushworth, Viscount
Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto
as set apart for selection.


SCHEDULE.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.—NATIONAL ENDOWMENT.
Waiho Gorge Block.

SECTIONS 1 to 18, 21, 24 to 27, and 34 to 52 (inclusive),
Town of Waiho Gorge, Block IV, Waiho Survey District:
Area, 10 acres 2 roods 23·8 perches.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of May,
1924.

Setting apart Land in Otago Land District for Leasing as
a Small Grazing-run under the Land Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by section two hundred and eight of
the Land Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority
enabling me in that behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount
Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
do hereby declare that the run mentioned in the Schedule
hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections two hun-
dred and eight to two hundred and twenty-two of Part V of
the Land Act, 1908, relating to small grazing runs.


SCHEDULE.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.

SMALL Grazing-run No. 635, Cardrona Survey District:
Area, 905 acres.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of May,
1924.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged
Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Auckland Land
District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settle-
ment, Act 1915, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the fifth day of
October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and
published in the Gazette of the thirteenth day of October
then instant, setting apart Crown lands for selection by dis-
charged soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement
Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule
hereto.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—WEST TAUPŌ COUNTY.—
WHAREPUHUNGA BLOCK.

Second-class Land.

SECTION 2, Block XII, Wharepapa Survey District: Area,
240 acres.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of May,
1924.
