Land proclaimed as a Road in Block II, Mangaone Survey District, Eketahuna County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Mangaone Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:
A. R. P.
1 1 35 Part Mangatainoka K No. 2c Sub. 3 (D.P. 2640); coloured purple.
3 3 23 Part Lot 3 (D.P. 2574), being part K No. 2c No. 1 and part J 4B, Mangatainoka Block; coloured red.
Situated in Block II, Mangaone Survey District. (S.O. 1865.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 59468, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of May, 1924.

Stopping a Government Road in Block XI, Whirinaki Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 1 acre 0 roods 16 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Lot 1 of Section 1, situated in Block XI, Whirinaki Survey District. (S.O. 1817.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 58782, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of May, 1924.

Stopping Government Roads in Block VIII, Alexandra Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government roads described in the Schedule hereto, such roads being no longer required.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road hereby stopped:- A. R. P
0 1 3 Adjoining or passing through Allotments 159 0 0 32 and 209A, Tuhikaramaea Parish.
Situated in Block VIII, Alexandra Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 21894.) In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 56997, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of May, 1924.

Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land:
And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, and its amendments:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has become Crown land.
SCHEDULE.
PUKENUI 2A Section 16, being Lots 5 and 6, Block II, Lots 5 and 6, 15, and 16, Block IV, and Lots 5, 6, 21, and 22, Block VI, Te Kuiti Native Township: Area, 2 acres 0 roods 18-7 perches.
Part Pukenui 2Q Section 2, being Lot 4, Block XIX, Te Kuiti Native Township: Area, 3 roods 6-4 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of May, 1924.
