Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of March, 1924.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Public School in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school, and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 1·65 perches.
Portion of Sections 234 and 235, Town of Wellington, situated in the City of Wellington. (S.O. 1805.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 58507, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of March, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 31·5 perches.
Portion of Section 189, Hautapu Parish, Block V, Cambridge Survey District. (S.O. 21188.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 57645, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Wainuioru Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
