A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Kawakawa-Hokianga Railway (Okaihau Section) and for road-diversions in connection therewith.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of March, 1924.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby lay out and set apart as a road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road laid out and set apart: 1 acre 1 rood 3·7 perches.

Being portion of Te Hauwai.

Situated in Block XIII, Coromandel Survey District. (S.O. 22630.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 58018, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of March, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, John Rushworth, Viscount Jellicoe, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of widening and improving High Street in the City of Auckland, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four.
